4G/LTE/SMS based IOT Gateway with Inbuilt I/O, Customised Data logger

Airsprint-1050-DLOG is a rugged standalone Datalogger with built in 4G/LTE GPRS based Gateway meant for logging and sending Digital Events / Alarms, Analog Values data to the cloud/ON premises server in a secure encrypted lightweight standard MQTT protocol / SMS. The Analog Inputs are modular with Isolation & Surge Protection and are customised for remote applications prone to surge like Cathode Protection Monitoring, Solar Generation monitoring etc. Analog Data & Event Data based on Threshold settings are logged into memory which can be downloaded later thru its USB port. All setup parameters including above alarm thresholds can be set through the local keypad available on the front panel of the Airsprint-1050-DLOG. The instantaneous values including the Alarm Status are displayed on the 2.4” Colour Graphics display.

Airsprint-1050-DLOG supports various MQTT brokers on Cloud enabling IT Software Developers to do what they do best i.e. develop Web Clients on Android & Apple Applications and directly publish /subscribe to the required topics from the broker without worrying about the nitty gritty of device communications over GPRS . The MQTT brokers can handle tens of thousands of devices simultaneously allowing the software developer to roll out highly scalable solutions.

Alarm Parameters

The Airsprint-1050-DLOG also continuously scans, and logs/transmits Alarm based on conditions.

GSM Interface & Data Transmission

Built-In GSM Modem for broadcasting data to the Central Station at the programmed periodic interval. The Data is transmitted in the form of SMS / GPRS over any GSM Network.

Local Keypad & Display

The Airsprint-1050-DLOG consists of a 4 x 4 matrix membrane keypad and a 2.4” Colour Graphics display with back-lit for entering local settings and viewing data locally.

Programmable Periodic Log Interval

The Periodic Logging & Broadcast interval is programmable from 1 Reading per 5 Minutes to 1 reading in 24 hours.

Local Data Storage

Logged Data is also stored in the internal non-volatile Memory of Airsprint-1050-DLOG. About One Million Total Data readings can be stored without downloading. Local Data retention up to 10 years without any external power.
