SmartWeld is an IOT solution offering for enabling Digital Lean solutions in the field of ARC Welding. It helps to improve operational efficiency by improving productivity and quality, reducing cost, and increasing Machine (M/C) availability. It also to some extent indicates the efficiency of the process through data visibility enabling continual improvement.
Features
- Live Machine Dashboard: Running Status, Current, Voltage, and Gas flow in real-time for all the machines
- Production: Total arc time for a selected day, with a breakdown by hour and shift. Display the average current/voltage/Gas flow/wire consumed during the arc duration. Provide cumulative arc time by shift, day, month, and year for selected machines, along with deviations from the target and productivity metrics.
- Gas and Wire Consumption: Total gas for a selected day, with a breakdown by hour and shift. Display the average gas flow during the arc duration. Provide cumulative consumption by shift, day, month, and year for selected machines, along with deviations from the target metrics.
- Quality Deviation: Track parameter deviations from the target set in the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Display deviation event count and duration, broken down by hour and shift. Provide cumulative deviation occurrences by shift, day, month, and year for selected machines.
- Data Download: Machine-wise arc-on, gas, and wire consumption download for a selected date or range of 7 days of data in Excel format.
- Operator Tracking: RFID-based tracking of operators working on the machine, including arcing time and performance evaluation based on deviation from the set parameters.
- Data retention: Raw parameter data will be retained for a period of 7 days, while derived data, such as averages, cumulative values, or query-based results, will be stored for up to 1 year.
- User license: A total of 30 user licenses will be provided for managing 100 machines.
